We are seeking a diligent and experienced Account Manager to join our team at BDB on a fixed term contract of 6 months, the leading creative agency for the influencer age. The successful candidate will champion our proprietary tools, processes, and culture, and work closely with our clients, creators, and internal teams to deliver exceptional campaigns.

This role focuses on one of our prestigious clients, a major player in the beverage industry, celebrated globally for its unique blends.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate staff and internal resources

• Manage project progress and adapt work as required, ensuring goals are met

• Oversee all project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, keeping stakeholders informed of progress

• Develop comprehensive project plans to share with clients and other staff members

• Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

• Keep abreast of social media trends, incorporating new and emerging strategies into the project plan as necessary

• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement post-project

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

• Excellent analytical skills

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively

• Strong teamwork skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

• Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel to London
