JOB TITLE: Civil Fraud Litigation Solicitor

PQE: 5+

LOCATION: London

SALARY: £70-100,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:

A prestigious boutique law firm located in Central London, specialising in civil fraud, litigation, and private prosecution, is seeking a highly experienced Civil Fraud Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in handling complex civil fraud claims, High Court commercial disputes, and applications for interim relief. You will be responsible for investigation and preparation of civil fraud cases, including highly complex fraudulent and commercial transactions. You will be liaising directly with clients, taking instructions, and managing day-to-day case activities.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Civil Fraud Solicitor will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE. You should be able to demonstrate solid expertise in providing client guidance on all aspects of the civil process with a strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules. Our client is looking for specific understanding of the causes of action typical in civil fraud proceedings, including experience in cryptocurrency and digital asset disputes. You should therefore be familiar with pre-action disclosure applications and case management systems.
