Role description:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Content Manager who will be responsible for leading, delivering and executing the content strategy and management of Seo Activities of our Techopedia ES. Working alongside agencies, freelancers and editors to drive growth from Organic Search and conversions, the ideal candidate will manage the execution of global organic search strategy and perform key SEO functions across Techopedia sites, assisting other teams to achieve the company’s overall targets.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, coordinate and implement on/off-site SEO strategies and related activities to improve organic search visibility and revenue;
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of editors, writers, and agencies to deliver on the content strategy;
• Supervise the work of agencies and editors to deliver content in time and manner to meet deadlines according to business priorities;
• Identify content opportunities, perform keyword and topic research;
• Content optimization and planning aligned with betting opportunities;
• Site architecture and internal linking following SEO best practises;
• Monitor, analyze and report on KPIs and overall performance on regular basis;
• Coordinate and report on link building acquisition;
• Assist with Content/SEO Market intelligence to internal teams to succeed on overall company targets;
• Liaise with Brand and Display teams to implement SEO bespoke campaigns and global MKT campaigns within techopedia ES sites;
• Work closely with Head of SEO and technical teams on technical developments and CMS maintenance;

Requirements:

• Good understanding of search engine success factors, algorithms, SEO best practices, industry trends and threats;
• Experience coordinating and executing international SEO activities
• Solid experience using industry-standard SEO tools (i.e.: Google Search Console, Google analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.)
• Demonstrated knowledge of link building/tactics with previous hands-on experience;
• SEO technical experience to work on redirections, canonicals, sitemaps; etc.
• Experience in SEO campaigns setup, budgeting, analysis and reporting;
• Educate relevant departments in the use of SEO guidelines/best practices and follow up on its implementation;
• Knowledgeable of Google guidelines, updates and product innovations;
• Experience using CMS;
• Experience working in large organizations, coordinating and liaising with multiple departments and stakeholders involved in SEO activities;
• Good communication, analytics, project management, writing and organizational skills;
• Ability to innovate, flexible and problem-solving approach;
• Initiative and self-starter to bring new ideas into projects;
• Proven ability to work towards targets/KPIs, manage budgets and stakeholders
• Good understanding of gambling industry (desirable)
• Fluent in Spanish and English language
• Interest in Crypto and iGaming (desirable)
