Job description: Why should I apply?

You will act as the champion of all matters related to the execution of all contractual documentation across the Company, ensuring that final signatories have all the information they require and are confident when binding the Company.

How will I spend my time in this role?

• Establishing, owning and maintaining proper processes to ensure that all contracts are properly completed, have been authorised, executed and then stored;
• Performing checks on individual requests for execution to ensure all legal requirements and internal and group company requirements have been met before signature;
• Communicate with Directors to ensure timely signature process with signatories having access to all information they may require in order to have confidence in what they are signing;
• Maintaining a log and regularly reporting any instances of contracts not being completed or authorised properly;
• For the purposes of individual Sales bonuses, establishing and maintaining processes to audit where instances of non-compliance with processes have occurred.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

• Previous contract management or paralegal experience;
• Proactive and able to lead multiple demands on time;
• Demonstrated experience in developing effective relationships with internal stakeholders;
• Able to explain legal issues to colleagues.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
