Set during the time of the pandemic, this series has developed a storyline that did not wipe the reality. Instead, it showed the difficulties that humans had to face during that time and that year. This series revolves around Cairo and Gavreel. Two online gamers who have been playing with and against each other for a long time. It is during this time that both of them develop feelings for each other unknowingly while playing games. They have to let these feelings out somehow or the other, and in this series, they do the same.

After losing in one game, Cairo invites Gavreel for a rematch. This results in the building of their romance. Between the two, the first initiative was taken by Gavreel because Cairo is unsure about his feelings. He has a lot of things going on in his, and his father is fighting the covid infection that he contracted. Although he tries his best to constrain his feelings, Cairo fails to do so. Meanwhile, obstacles such as Risa and Terrence try to create walls between both lovers. Will they surpass all these troubles and be with each other in the end? Although there is a high chance that there will not be any Season 3 of Gameboys if the creators suddenly decide to come up with a third season, what will be the storyline?
