Heather Rae El Moussa has shared a new update as a first-time mom.

The reality star, who has always informed fans of the big and small events in her personal and professional life, has once again shared how she is getting back on her feet after welcoming her son Tristan Jay in January. She uploaded a couple of videos highlighting her pride in tirelessly working on her Body with the support of her certified trainer Paulina Stein.

Heather has proved to fans how keen she is to smash her body goals and get her pre-baby body back, just four months after she welcomed her first child with her husband, Tarek El Moussa.

To that end, the Playboy Playmate of the Month for February 2010 uploaded two videos to her Instagram Story, starting with one of her doing an aerobic exercise that required the support of a chair and a yellow resistant band.

The mom-of-one posed in a semi-squat position, flexing her legs in and out, as Stein encouraged her from off-camera to bend her lower back more. Across the clip, Heather tagged the celebrity trainer and weight loss coach and wrote:

“These were NO fun. But love seeing the progress & feeling strong again.”

In the second reel, the “Love in the Time of Machines” actress performed a modified version of stair lunges with a dumbbell in her left hand. She donned a white long-sleeved top, black sports leggings with sheer bottoms, and matching sneakers for both moves.

Heather kept her blond hair from interrupting her routine by putting a chunk in big braids and holding the loose ends in a ponytail. The last time she gave her millions of followers an insight into her postpartum body’s progress, she shared that she was feeling weak.

As noted by The Blast, multiple views of her donning a gray long-sleeved top, black leggings, and complementary sports shoes were shared on her Instagram Story. While the first clip showed the real estate agent doing squats on a pink yoga mat, the second featured her balancing her elbows and a knee on the floor while stretching her left leg up in the air. 

The first video came with the caption, “Back from vacay & back to training @paulinastein. We are slowly building; my body is still weak after having the baby.” The second was accompanied by the words, “Working hard.”

Amid the consistency of getting her old body back, Heather has taken advantage of every opportunity to enjoy some quality time with Tarek. The lovebirds went on a much-needed trip earlier this week, and the “Selling Sunset” star ensured that she showed off their shenanigans on social media.

The 35-year-old began with a pic of herself and her husband in the car and the write-up, “Quick 19-hour trip to Vegas. @tarekelmoussa.” Next, the California-born beauty shared a mirror selfie, where she stunned in a pink knee-length dress. 

The outfit highlighted her curvy shape and hips thanks to its ruched design. Her beauty was also emphasized by her perfectly styled hair, well-drawn eyebrows, winged liner, brown-hued eyeshadow, pink lipstick, and dainty earrings. 

A third photo from Heather showed “The Flipping El Moussas” stars looking relaxed, with Tarek in his signature black face cap, matching round neck t-shirt, silver necklace, and jeans. There was then a six-second clip showcasing a hallway decorated with golden ceiling lamps, blue curtains, and the painting of an eye on the wall. 

The ecstatic model penned “Cathédrale – Las Vegas” across it. The couple reappeared in a fifth Instagram Story, with Heather placing one hand around Tarek’s shoulders and covering his mouth with the other as they shared a laugh.

A final update showed them preparing to return to their baby boy and home life. “Now back to our little love @tarekelmoussa,” the Netflix celebrity typed alongside a time stamp.

In a joint Instagram post, the doting parents expressed their excitement to return home with Tristan, adding images of them cuddling the tot as evidence. In the caption, they stated:

“Less than 24 hours in Vegas together to laugh, be silly & connect . Back home to our sweet boy. Mom and Dad date nights are special, but we missed him .”
