The 29-year-old fitness influencer grabbed her thong bikini and headed out in the rain to do a split on her balcony, impressing followers with her flexibility and her commitment to stretching!

In another recent Instagram post, Jen had a “do it for the gram” moment as she stretched out on her balcony in the rain in her little bikini. Although she’s in Florida, there is no sunshine to enjoy today. Instead, it seems to be raining buckets, although that isn’t stopping Jen from getting her stretch in as she positions her body in a split despite the rainy weather.

“Today I had a ‘do it for the gram’ moment,” she Wrote in the caption. “I remember my 21 year old self would always say that… BUTTTT Florida, where’s the [sun emoji] at?!” Fans showered the post with heart-eye and fire emojis as famous friends gushed over her steamy video.

In another recent Instagram post, Jen started off her ‘Get Ready With Me’ video in a tiny green thong. After pulling on a green sports bra over her bare back, Jen slapped on a pair of green leggings and neon green sneakers. After sharing a mirror selfie of her outfit, Jen headed to the gym and attached cables to her ankles to work her legs.

She then grabs a weight plate and holds it between her hands as she does squats in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city skyline. Jen moves through a series of exercises, including forward lunges, while holding the medicine plate up over her head. At the end of the video, she tugs down her leggings to show off her toned abs for the camera.

In the caption, Jen wrote, “#grwm in @aloyoga. People always ask me where I get my positive energy. I have a secret sauce. It’s called exercise. Movement is my mood changer, every time. Jen’s mom is wearing a purple short-sleeve crop top with matching shorts and white sneakers. Jen is wearing the same set but in light pink. Both women have their dark hair tied back in a loose ponytail as they move through the routine.
