The former lawmaker made this known while appearing on Arise Television on Thursday

Recall that Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress defeated Atiku Abubakar and other strong contenders including Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party in the election held on the 25th of February, 2023 to clinch the apex political seat in the country.

The presidential candidates of the Labour Party, Peter Obi and that of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar are currently challenging the victory of Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the Presidential Election Tribunal in Abuja.

Adeyemi Ikuforiji said; “We are lucky as Nigerians today to have the President-elect to be the President come May 29. The legislature, the Judiciary, I can assure you will be better off for it.”

He added; This man (Tinubu) believes in democratic norms as they are. He does not attempt to use financial power of the executive to muscle the legislature or the judiciary.”
