Skitmaker Yemi Elesho has got many people talking following a video of him that recently surfaced online as he jumps on hit song, People’s cover, Libianca.
Yemi Elesho in the video shared via his official Instagram page dishes out amazing lyrics on his own cover of nostalgic bop dubbed, People and by extension captured the hearts of many who wants more of him.
Libianca Fonji, a Cameroonian American Afrobeats singer is well known for her 2022 breakout single “People”. The song debuted No. 2 on the US Billboard Afrobeats chart and received traction on social media.
Several artistes in Africa, that include BNXN (Buju), Skales, Portable, Bayanni, Qdot, Ayox among others sang cover of the hit track, People.
Also, skitmaker, Yemi Elesho once again shows his versatility as he reveals his singing skills on the cover of People.
Dishing out classics using Yoruba and pidgin, Skitmaker Yemi Elesho flows absolutely with the song as he manages to narrate his ordeal while growing up with his mother and siblings. He talks about the days he lives with 8 people inside the boysquarters, sells pure water among others.
Sharing the video, skitmaker Yemi Elesho wrote; “OYA RATE MY SONG, beg tell me if e make sense o make I drop another one.”
