Pretending not to feel is the worst. Such persons will never release the Suppressed emotions, and the same fury-inducing scenes will repeat themselves, over and over again. (And the same applies to other emotions. For example: Sadness. If sadness is suppressed, sad events will happen over and over again, according to Nebelung. In fact, one can tell that sadness has been suppressed by admitting that sadness keeps occuring in one’s life.)

Instead of blaming (suppressing) self, must observe. Otherwise: infinite cycle.
