The police were able to Collect Cctv Footage of Dennis Musyoka in a fight before he attacked Elizabeth Munyalo.
Elizabeth Munyalo, who was married to Denis Musyoka, has said that the violent past of the deceased led to their breakup.
Musyoka died on Sunday at the Nasra estate in Nairobi. He did this by setting himself on fire in his car. Elizabeth's neck was cut several times, but she lived through the attack. Their Daughter, on the other hand, died from burns.
On August 21, 2022, a father and his daughter burned themselves and their vehicle on fire in front of onlookers. The couple fought over who would have custody of the 2-year-old after their split.
"Since we still had problems at home from the previous year, we made the decision to separate. He demanded that I return the child to him after I left "Munyalo spoke to the press.
"After all his threats I gave up and let him see the baby. When I informed him that I would be unable to attend my daughter's birthday celebration on Saturday, he became unhappy. So, when I picked up the child on Sunday, he warned me that he would kill all of us, even the baby "said she.
Before pulling a knife and stabbing Elizabeth, Musyoka could be seen in an altercation on the Cctv Footage that the police were able to seize.
She managed to escape his grip, yelled for assistance, and kind people brought her to the hospital, where she is now recovering.
