AP Elections 2024: Modi foresees YSRCP’s defeat this time

Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently expressed his belief that the YSRCP government in Andhra Pradesh will lose power after June 4 due to public dissatisfaction with corruption and inefficiency.

During a roadshow in Vijayawada, Modi remarked that the YSRCP’s association with Congress-like practices has only worsened corruption and mismanagement in the state. He confidently stated that the upcoming elections will mark the end of the YSRCP’s reign.

Modi highlighted the growing support for the NDA alliance, consisting of the TDP, BJP, and Jana Sena, particularly among women and young voters. He also highlighted their commitment to futuristic development and improving various sectors like agriculture, industry, and digital infrastructure.

The prime minister pledged to leverage Andhra Pradesh’s coastline for progress, focusing on port-led development and boosting the fisheries sector. He also promised advancements in transportation infrastructure and digital connectivity.

Modi conducted a roadshow in Vijayawada, accompanied by Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan and TDP leader N Chandrababu Naidu. The event garnered significant support from NDA supporters and concluded with Modi, Chandrababu, and Pawan Kalyan acknowledging the enthusiastic crowds.
