TDP’s Chittoor parliament candidate Daggumalla Prasad Rao and Puthalapattu assembly candidate Dr. Kalikiri Murali Mohan had a big gathering at Bandapalli in Puthalapattu assembly constituency, Chittoor district.

Prasad Rao, a retired IRS officer, criticized the YSRCP government, saying it lacked vision for development and couldn’t sustain welfare schemes. He mentioned the state’s huge debt of Rs. 13.5 lakh crore due to excessive borrowing by YSRCP in the last five years.

Prasad Rao highlighted that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy mainly focused on welfare schemes but didn’t progress the state in other areas, causing distress among farmers, unemployed, business people, government employees, and others. He urged people to support the TDP in the 2024 elections to correct the 2019 voting mistake.

Prasad Rao also highlighted the need for completing Polavaram and other irrigation projects, creating jobs, and developing the state while ensuring people’s welfare by supporting the TDP and electing Nara Chandrababu Naidu as the next chief minister.

Dr. Kalikiri Murali Mohan promised to tackle the middlemen mafia in mango farming and establish a mango board under the TDP’s government.
