Telugu Desam Party’s 41st Foundation Day celebrations were held in Washington DC. Former President of TANA Satish Vemana and former chairman of Guntur Mirchi Yard Mannava Subbarao participated as chief guests in this program. On this occasion, they paid tribute to NTR’s portrait by garlanding it. The lamp was lit and the cake was cut.

On this occasion, Satish Vemana addressed the people who participated in the event. He said, “On March 29, 1982, the Telugu Desam Party came into existence by late NTR. He is a legendary person who came into power within 9 months after floating his own party. NTR always say that society is the temple and the people are the gods… he brought many innovative schemes to improve the lives of the poor, give hope to them, and bring many innovative schemes for the welfare of the people.”

Washington NRI Telugu Desam Party Presidents Sudhir Kommi, Ash Bodduluri, Janakiram Bhogineni, and others spoke at this occasion along with Mannava Subbarao and Bhanu Maguluri.
