Pakistani Juniors shine in Qatar Squash Championship

Get ready to cheer for Pakistan’s rising stars in the Squash world! Abdullah Zaman and Ahmed Ali Naz dazzled at the Qatar Junior Squash Championship in Doha, scooping up shiny silver medals in the U15 and U11 categories, respectively. Not to be outdone, Rayyan Zaman, Abdullah’s sprightly younger brother, battled his way to the semifinals of the U11 event.

Hailing from a legendary squash lineage, Abdullah and Rayyan are not only the sons of former champ Mansoor Zaman but also the grandsons of squash icon Qamar Zaman.

In a burst of pride, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Squash Association couldn’t contain their excitement, exclaiming, “Three of our most brilliant Khyber Pakhtunkhwa boys have left their mark on the Qatar Junior Squash Championship!” Abdullah Zaman, strutting his granddad’s legacy, wowed everyone with his jaw-dropping skills in the U15 showdown, snatching a well-earned silver medal. His prowess and flair had the crowd on the edge of their seats!

Meanwhile, Ahmed Ali Naz, a dynamo in the U11 division, dazzled with his lightning-fast reflexes and clever court tactics, clinching a triumphant silver. His performance was nothing short of spectacular, earning him rounds of applause for his exceptional sportsmanship.

The championship was a fierce battle, with young talents from across the globe vying for the top spots. Yet, our Pakistani prodigies shone brightly, proving they’re some of the best young squashes out there. Hats off to their stellar performances and heartfelt congratulations on their splendid victories!
