Re:Monster Anime Release Date, Trailer, Cast and Visual

Today, Re:Monster Anime trailer just came out, showing the cast, staff, opening song artist, and the release date is set for April 2024. It’s adapted by Studio Deen and produced by Genco, following the announcement that was made on September 19, 2023.

The director is Takayuki Inagaki, Hiroshi Yamaguchi manages the series composition, Junichi Takaoka designs the characters, and Go Sakabe composes the music. The opening theme, “Into the Fire,” is sung by Chansung and AK-69 featuring Changmin. Muse Communication got the license for the series in South and Southeast Asia.

Re:Monster, a recent anime adaptation by Studio DEEN, is based on the Japanese light novel series written by Kogitsune Kanekiru and illustrated by Yamaada. Originally serialized online from May 2011 to 2018 on Shōsetsuka ni Narō, the series was later acquired by AlphaPolis, which published nine main volumes, a side story volume, and an extra volume from August 2012 to August 2017. A manga adaptation with art by Haruyoshi Kobayakawa has been serialized online via AlphaPolis’ manga website since March 2014 and is available in ten tankōbon volumes, licensed in North America by Seven Seas Entertainment.

Re:Monster is an upcoming action adventure isekai anime of spring 2024. The story follows Tomokui Kanata getting a second chance at life but ends up as the weakest goblin, Goburou. The twist? He remembers everything from his past life, and now, he’s getting stronger by eating stuff. The story unfolds in a world where it’s all about survival, with new friends and interesting twists, like a tail-wagging dog making things even more exciting!”

The story introduces characters like Gobrou, Gobkichi, Gobmi, Gobe, and The Redhead, each voiced by talented actors. Additionally, a sequel light novel series titled ‘Re:Monster: Ankoku Tairiku-hen,’ written by Kanekiru and illustrated by Naji Yanagida, began publication by AlphaPolis in July 2018, with three volumes released to date.
