Heidi made the big reveal while appearing on Jennifer's show.
The mother of four sat down on the couch to play a game of "Ja" or "Ne" (the German version of "Yes" or "No") during a Thursday appearance on the Jennifer Hudson Show, as People magazine reported.
The host asked Heidi a series of questions before getting to one about having more kids, asking if she'd consider adding to her family one last time.

Jennifer said she was out of the baby-making game, but Heidi wasn't quite as sure.
Jennifer, who is the mother of a 13-year-old son, David Daniel Otunga Jr., had her response prepared, saying, "No, I ain't trying to have no more babies." But Heidi couldn't quite commit.
"It depends what day it is, sometimes I'm here, sometimes here, you know," she said, flipping the "Ja" and "Ne" paddles back and forth to show her conflicted thoughts on the topic.

Heidi had all four of her kids back to back.
"I mean, it's a lot. I've done it four times," she said, before using her hand to show her belly growing and shrinking.
"And I breastfed eight months each time and then I was pregnant again. Three times in a row. Again [my children are] 18, 17, 16 and then 13, so I was like ..." she continued, snapping her fingers for emphasis.

She may have forgotten just how hard pregnancy and the newborn stage can be.
Even though she's already done the baby thing several times, the fact that it's been 13 years since her last child was born may have her a bit nostalgic for those sweet, early days with a newborn baby.
"Now I waited a long time, so maybe ja," she concluded, getting a celebratory exclamation out of Jennifer.

Heidi has been married to Tom Kaulitz since 2019.
Tom and Heidi don't actually share any children together. Heidi's oldest was from her relationship with businessman Flavio Briatore, and her youngest three are from her marriage to musician Seal.
At 33, Tom may still be hoping to share a biological child with his wife one day. And even though Heidi will turn 50 in June, she wouldn't be the first celebrity to welcome a baby in the fifth decade of life. We'll have to wait and see what this new year brings for Heidi and Tom.
