The final season of ‘The Flash’ with 13 episodes will Premiere in early 2023 on The CW. On Aug 1, The CW Network and Warner Bros. Television announced that ‘The Flash’ will end with Season 9 on The CW. From the Season itself, The Flash become one of the most-watched series on The CW Network.
The Flash series finale is just weeks ahead of the planned June 23 release of Warner Bros.’ The Flash movie starring Ezra Miller as the title character. Coincidentally, the long-delayed film originally was announced just a week after The Flash series’ October 7 premiere on the CW.
The Flash stars Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash, Candice Patton as Iris West-Allen, Danielle Panabaker as Dr. Caitlin Snow, Danielle Nicolet as Defense Attorney Cecile Horton, Kayla Compton as Allegra Garcia, and Brandon McKnight as Chester P. Runk.
The Flash Season 9 Plot Details
The villains from the previous eight seasons will return to season nine. The events of the EARTH-PRIME comic issues “Training Day” and “Phantom Punch” will be explored further. The Negative Speed Force will have to choose a new avatar to maintain balance in the universe. Eddie Thawne, Mia Queen, and Eobard Thawne may return. Frost’s failed resurrection attempt by Caitlin and Mark will be explored further

The Flash has remained one of the network’s strongest performers, with Season 8 finishing as one of the network’s most-watched shows of the 2021-22 season, with 1.03 million viewers, and ranked among its most streamed shows on its digital platforms.
