Speaking to fans, Chris joyfully shared, "I got married. It was really, really great," proudly displaying his wedding ring. The couple had two ceremonies, one on the East Coast and another in Portugal, Alba's home country. Chris humorously acknowledged the challenges of wedding planning, remarking, "It's a lot planning a wedding - for those of you who are married, you know, it takes a lot out of you."
Their initial intimate ceremony was held at their Boston-area home in September, shrouded in secrecy with guests required to sign non-disclosure agreements and power off their mobile devices.
Among the attendees were Chris's Marvel co-stars, including Jeremy Renner, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, and Chris Hemsworth.
The couple's journey towards marriage began in November 2022, when reports emerged about their year-long relationship. In a charming display of affection, Chris officially confirmed their romance on Instagram in February, sharing snapshots of their adventures, from hiking to apple-picking, marking Valentine's Day.
