Kim Kardashian has responded to criticism about the beauty standards she promotes by stating that they are achievable. Throughout her rise to fame, Kim has faced a lot of scrutiny regarding her body and the example she sets for her fans. Many argue that the diet culture she promotes is harmful, especially to young girls. However, Kim has always defended herself.
In a recent interview with Allure, Kim shared details about the cosmetic procedures she has undergone and explained why she believes her Beauty Standards are attainable. She revealed that she has had a small amount of Botox but has now stopped using it, and she has never had filler injections. She clarified that she has never had eyelash extensions, filled her cheeks or lips, and her eyebrows are natural.
Kim emphasized that she genuinely cares about looking good and probably cares more about it than 90 percent of people. Despite being a busy mom and juggling various responsibilities, she still makes time for her beauty treatments, often doing them late at night when everyone else is asleep.
When asked if she feels responsible for setting unrealistic beauty standards, Kim responded by saying that if she can achieve those standards, then they are attainable. She pointed out that there are different beauty standards represented by celebrities like Gwen Stefani, Jennifer Lopez, and Marilyn Monroe. As a teenager, she never looked at these celebrities and tried to become like them. Instead, she believed in being herself and finding beauty in everything.

Kim also expressed that she has come to accept herself and is at peace with not being perfect. She mentioned her wrinkled hands as an example of something she doesn't like, but she has learned to appreciate them because they have served important purposes like changing diapers and cuddling her children.
While Kim strives for perfection, she acknowledges that her health is more important than anything else as she gets older. Her skincare line aligns with this mindset, as it reflects her desire to look and feel youthful while also embracing self-acceptance and inner peace.
