Anjala started out as a freelance web developer and then expanded to form WEAMSE. She began working in 2015 with her first client. Initially, it was difficult to bring on new clients, but suddenly everything changed. As business steadily increased and Anjala chose to expand her team, the foundation of WEAMSE was taken.
WEAMSE initially had two developers but soon expanded from 2 to 13. Numerous small-business owners who were looking for expansion were supported by the company in creatively expanding their businesses online. The team at WEAMSE does not only build effective websites but also long-lasting connections and trust with them. The success of the projects enabled the firm to attract more clients, and over the course of two years, they steadily increased from a 4-seater office to a 25-seater office.
At the moment, Anjala Jose serves as the co-founder and director of business at WEAMSE. She is a firm believer in keeping one’s eyes on the future and making an effort to be creative, unique, humble, and true to oneself. Soon after B. Tech, she decided to go in a different direction, which significantly pushed her in many ways.
She initially worked from home supporting small business owners in developing their web presence before growing and establishing WEAMSE to support businesses in their expansion. She is brave, a risk-taker who does not shy away from making mistakes and considers them as an opportunity to learn. She started this journey as a mom with a 2-weeks old baby in her lap and immersive support from her husband, parents and elder sister.
