The popular SBS drama 'Dr. Romantic 3' itself will still follow the realistic story of the doctors who work at Doldam Hospital which is located in the countryside.

Drama “Dr. Romantic 3” has just released a behind-the-scenes clip of the episodes that have aired. This popular SBS drama will still follow the realistic story of the doctors who work at Doldam Hospital which is located in the countryside.

The new behind-the-scenes video kicks off with a special appearance from the “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” star, who was also directed by “Dr. Romantic 3” Yoo In Shik. Ha Yun Kyung, Lim Sung Jae, Joo Jong Hyuk, Joo Hyun Young and Moon Sang Hoon came to meet Han Suk Kyu for a job interview at Doldam Hospital. Despite meeting for the first time, all the actors worked smoothly with Han Suk Kyu and left a lasting impression with their cute characters and improvisations.

After that, the clip takes viewers to the scene between Ahn Hyo Seop and Lee Sung Kyung whose characters Seo Woo Jin and Cha Eun Jae recently moved in together. As the two diligently film a series of romantic scenes in their new home they also take a break to rehearse their upcoming lines. When Lee Sung Kyung's voice sounded formal, Ahn Hyo Seop joked, "Is this a historical drama?"

In the next scene, Ahn Hyo Seop and Lee Sung Kyung cutely pretend to face each other on the couch, with the last part of the scene now revealed to be improvised. Following all their hilarious scenes, Lee Sung Kyung commented while giggling, “Who knew this would be so hard?” Ahn Hyo Seop replied, “I knew it would be difficult. But this is harder than I thought.”

The two actors then joined their co-stars at Doldam Hospital as the cast prepared for the scene where they welcomed back Yoon Ah Reum's (So Ju Yeon) doctor Park Eun Tak (Kim Min Jae). During the scene, So Ju Yeon and Kim Min Jae share a brief moment of eye contact before he quickly turns around, making the cast and crew burst into laughter. He explained, “I couldn't possibly do anything. My face froze."

Meanwhile as filming continued, Kim Min Jae still couldn't hold back his laughter, which Lee Sung Kyung hilariously recorded on his own cellphone. As she plays back the clip in slow motion, he teases how much she is smiling. Meanwhile, “Dr. Romantic 3” not only took first place in its time slot across all channels for its third episode, but it was also the most watched program. According to Nielsen Korea, the new season of the popular medical drama scored an average nationwide rating of 13.5 percent for the night, making it the most-watched miniseries to air this week.
