Ji Chang Wook plays Yoon Gyeo Re, who has been fighting desperately against reality in orphanages, youth detention centers, and prisons. Later he worked as a volunteer in a hospital and he struggled again to survive. Meanwhile, Girls' Generation's Sooyoung becomes Seo Yeon Joo's hospital nurse.

She is an icon of health, strength, and liveliness, and also a person who gives hope to everyone in the hospital with her shining presence. Previously, Yoon Gyeo Re started his volunteer work at the hospital's terminally ill patient. His cold heart begins to soften to a sick patient, Mr. Pyeon (Jun Moo Song), who thanks him for his help.
