- We all know Samantha by her stage name only. But she has a different name too. By nature Samantha belongs to inter religious parents. Samantha is called as Yashoda by her family and close friends.
- Samantha never wants to become an actress. She only wants to continue her studies. When she faced some financial crisis, she started modeling. Then Cinematographer Ravi Varman gave her chance to enter into cinema. Since that time Samantha never look back her life and she achieved great success.
- Samantha was a very bright student in her school days. She was one of the toper in her class. She also achieved some academic records during her high school days.
- Samantha’s primary hobby was book reading. Her favourite book was Rhonda Byrne’s “The Secret”.
- In the year 2013 samantha was diagnosed with diabetes. She overcome the disease with her determination.

- The Family Man Series 2 was streamed on Amazon Prime, Which had 9 Episodes. Samantha played a role “Raji” in the Family Man Series 2, which was directed and produced by Raj and Dk. Two weeks before the release of this Series trailer, Samantha wrote in her Instagram that her heart was filled with so much joy and the character “Raji” will always be special. When the trailer was released a huge opposition arises form Tamil People around the world.
- This Series was linked with the LTTE, which fight for the rights of Tamil people in Srilanka is connected to a Terrorist Group. Many Social Activists and politicians were termed that this is “Against Tamils” and also want to Ban this Series also. In Twitter many # Tags are trending at that time against Samantha, such as # Familyman_against_Tamils and # ShameonyouSamantha. On the other side some fans also made trending tweets like #WeLoveSamantha and #WeSupportSamantha.
- After marriage Samantha posted a picture of her in red colour floral beach dress. Some fans commented that you are not only Samantha Ruth Prabhu, now you are one of the persons in Akkineni family. But Samantha posted a middle finger raised photo and replied “For all those of you who thought you had a say in how I should live my life after marriage. Samantha once said that she was in relationship with siddharth. Many photographs also became trending on that time. The both spotted together in some award functions. Samantha also made a guest role in the movie “Theeya Vela Seiyanum Kumaru”. They both also went to kalahasthi for darshan and perform some religious poja.
