Apple TV+’s latest thriller Series Shining Girls is one of the best and most suspenseful series on the platform and the brilliant performance from Elizabeth Moss certainly helps too. Shining Girls is an adaptation of Lauren Beukes‘ best-selling novel of the same name and it follows Kirby Mizrachi, an assault survivor who is looking for the serial killer who hurt her in the past. In the search for the serial killer, Mizrachi teams up with a crime reporter Dan Velasquez, who works with her. Even though in the synopsis the series seems very straightforward, it’s really not that simple when you see it and the series gets more interesting when time travel comes into play.
