I Am Not Okay With This is definitely one of the most brilliant coming-of-age superhero Series ever made. Based on a graphic novel of the same name by Charles Forsman the brilliant Netflix series follows a teenager as she navigates the complexities of high school, sexuality, and her mysterious deadly superpowers. Starring the always wonderful Sophia Lillis in the lead role the Netflix series perfectly adapts and expands on the graphic novel. I Am Not Okay With This was renewed in advance for a second season but because of the pandemic the streaming giant decided to cancel the series.
