The greatest right back of his age, Gary Neville joined Manchester United in 1991 and appeared in FA Youth Cup. He started to play for the senior team from September 1992 up against Torpedo Moscow in the UEFA Cup. After the injury of Paul Parker, Gary Neville got a chance to play taking Paul’s place as the first-choice right-back for Manchester United since the 1994-95 season. Well, Neville scored his first goal for Manchester United in 1997 in a match against Middlesbrough.

He has played in the 1998 World Cup and Euro 200. He was gifted with extraordinary defensive abilities.

COACHING CAREER

Gary Neville did coaching after he retired from professional football. He was appointed as coaching staff on May 14th, 2012. He was coaching England for Euro 2012. This footballer worked as an assistant coach for the 2014 World Cup and the 2016 Euro qualifier.

He also worked as head coach for Valencia since December 2nd, 2015. His first game as a coach for Valencia was quite a bad experience. They lost to Lyon in the Champions League and were out of the tournament. After tasting nine defeats, he was able to win the first match on February 13th, 2016 against Espanyol.
