This morning's visitor to the garden...

Lovely sunny Morning and I was standing at the kitchen window eating my cereal and looking at the garden. Birds were chirping away and all was good with the world. Concentrating on my cereal I suddenly became aware that everything had gone quiet. Looking up and there on my neighbours fence was a stunning female sparrowhawk. The birds had all disappeared into bolt hole's like snow of a dike. I dashed upstairs for my camera praying she'd hang around. Took the first two out of the upstairs window and came down to try and get some outside. Can't say if she was aware of me or not but she didn't move off, it was hard to get a good angle because of the tree. She was much bigger than the previous female that had visited so it was probably a juvenile. GORGEOUS OR WHAT!!!
