Age-Friendly Columbus, Franklin County and Employment For Seniors is partnering with The Ohio State University to conduct the first survey of age-friendly employment in the community titled “Human Resource Professionals’ Perceptions of Age-Friendly Employment.”
Changes to the economy and the workforce have created a need to identify a new way to measure age-friendly employment which is the purpose of this study. To be able to develop effective and efficient employment strategies to make the most of older adults’ untapped skills and knowledge.
Age-Friendly Columbus will provide a brief report of the findings for employers, HR professionals, and researchers through journal articles and their social media.
