Ross, Brittain & Schonberg Co., L.P.A. was founded in 1991 on the principle that change in the workplace is inevitable and a practice devoted exclusively to the representation of management in all matters relating to the workplace best serves our clients.

Ross, Brittain & Schonberg represents management in all aspects of Labor Law, Employment Law, Workers’ Compensation and OSHA matters. Our client base includes a range of large, publicly traded companies, as well as privately held industrial, retail, construction and service companies. Our attorneys and paralegals possess both knowledge and experience in the complex and interrelated areas of labor, employment and workers’ compensation law that promotes an all-encompassing approach to the full management of workplace issues. We have the depth and experience of a large firm and the cost-effectiveness, attention and creativity of a smaller firm.

Ross, Brittain & Schonberg has offices in both Cleveland and Columbus to serve clients statewide.

Ross, Brittain & Schonberg employs a practical and aggressive approach to the various workplace issues that enables our clients to be proactive as well as reactive.

We are accessible 24 hours a day, and use innovative management techniques to deliver efficient legal services. Our aim is to service management by solving all types of workplace-related problems.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

Being relatively new to the Columbus area as Ross, Brittain & Schonberg opened the branch office in Columbus in July, 2015, the firm is excited to get to know the community and network with local businesses. The firm believes that community engagement is a key component to a successful practice in any region.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

The attorneys of Ross, Brittain & Schonberg have a number of avenues which afford them opportunities to stay current in employment, labor and safety laws. The attorneys are involved in a number of trade groups, alliances and committees specific to various industries. Ross, Brittain & Schonberg attorneys also often hold talks and speak at various engagements on new developments in the legal field.

The firm is also the exclusive Ohio member of Worklaw Network, an international network of management labor and employment law firms.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?

Columbus is the center of the action in Ohio. The city is growing, thriving and offering a multitude of new opportunities for businesses to move forward.
