Two individuals who managed to escape from a prison in Philadelphia on Sunday at around 8 o’clock are still being sought by police.

Ameen Hurst, who is 18 years old, and Nasir Grant, who is 24 years old, are the two escapees.

Authorities claim that the two broke a hole in the surrounding fence to escape the prison.
