Despite his efforts during the audition process, he faced initial rejection, leaving him disheartened. However, fate had its own plans, as he received a last-minute call that turned the tables in his favor.
During his conversation with News18, Adhyayan Suman revealed the whirlwind experience of auditioning for the role of Zorawar in Heeramandi. Amidst celebrating his parents’ wedding anniversary amidst the tranquil Himalayas, he received a sudden call from casting director Shruti Mahajan. With just a few hours to spare before director Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s review, Adhyayan halted his car amidst the mountains to hastily record his audition. Despite his determined efforts and resourcefulness to secure network connectivity, fate didn’t initially smile upon him, leaving him deeply disappointed by the outcome.
Adhyayan Suman continued his narrative, reflecting on his father’s words about destiny. He recounted the remarkable turn of events that eventually led to his casting in Heeramandi. Despite the initial setback, fate intervened just in time for him. Two days prior to the scheduled shoot with the original actor chosen for the role of Zorawar, an unexpected change occurred. Adhyayan was called back in, and the opportunity he had missed before was now firmly within his grasp. Reflecting on the sequence of events, he marveled at the incredible way everything fell into place, reaffirming his belief in destiny’s hand guiding his path.
In a recent unveiling, the creators of Heeramandi presented the pivotal male figures of the series, featuring Fardeen Khan, Shekhar Suman, Adhyayan Suman, and Taha Shah. This eagerly anticipated series boasts an ensemble cast, with luminaries such as Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, and Sharmin Segal taking center stage.
