Sugar Apple Fairy Tale – New Trailer (2022)

Ann intends to become a Silver Sugar Master like her mother after her mother dies, a highly esteemed career in Highland, where only a few masters of the trade exist. Ann travels to Lewiston, where the royal family is hosting a sugar sculpting festival. She must win first place and get a royal award to become a Silver Sugar Master.

Fairies are treated as slaves in this realm, and people pluck one of their wings to govern them. On her route to Lewiston, Ann unwillingly purchases a fairy named Shall to serve as a bodyguard. Ann is divided between releasing Shall and requiring a bodyguard on the treacherous roads leading to the event.

8 Igneel (Fairy Tail)

The main protagonist’s foster father is a character that many Fairy Tail fans should be familiar with. He is as obviously a dragon as one could imagine for a list like this one, thus he serves as a good introduction to what readers might expect. He’s a wonderful father figure who learned to appreciate humans as a result of parenting Natsu.

He can be aggressive and arrogant, which is appropriate for his breed. Unfortunately for him, Acnologia kills him, although he still tries to console Natsu in his final moments in the anime.

7 Kija (Yona of the Dawn)

Yona of the Dawn is a fantastic anime that deserves more attention (and especially episodes to catch up to the manga). The Dragon Warriors are among the fantastic roster of characters. They all theoretically have dragon blood in them, with Kija representing the White Dragon.

He has the strongest loyalty to Yona in the anime and is recognized for being compassionate and faithful. He may appear more humanoid than the other characters on this list, but he still possesses some draconic attacks involving his claw that make him more appropriate for a list like this.

6 Ryūkotsusei (Inuyasha)

The violent Rykotsusei stands in stark contrast to the last entry on this list. Tga, Inuyasha’s father, initially sealed him. Rykotsusei had been dormant for a long time, but he wasn’t going to stay that way forever. After a while, Rykotsusei will eventually fight Inuyasha to the death.

Inuyasha will win in the end, but everything that led up to that point was extremely interesting. Seeing Rykotsusei play with Inuyasha and not take him seriously demonstrated his hubris as a fighter, making Inuyasha’s eventual win all the more emotional to behold.

5 Ravendia Dragon of 5,000 Years

“Looks can be misleading,” readers have probably heard at least once. That perfectly describes Ravendia, who appears to be an awful and fearsome monster but is actually a complete sissy who refuses to eat meat. His character is essential to the plot of this Chinese anime.

It’s absolutely absurd, yet really lovely at the same time. This strange trait somehow leads to a narrative in which a small girl who was intended to be sacrificed becomes very powerful. Because it is an undervalued anime, some people may be unfamiliar with it.

Ravendia’s character is a complete reversal of what one would anticipate from a terrifying-looking draconic figure but in the greatest conceivable way.

4 Shenron (Dragon Ball)

Shenron has to be near the top of the list of classic anime dragons. He is the most well-known Eternal Dragon in the series, with many fans recalling that he grants wishes to those who collect all seven Dragon Balls.

He has made numerous appearances over the renowned series’ many incarnations. Shenron is one of the most memorable neutral characters, especially in later seasons where he gets to develop his personality a bit more.

3 Kaido (One Piece)

This past Yonko was frequently said to as one of the strongest captains in One Piece legend. He was an important character in the Wano Country Arc, and it immediately became clear why he was so feared. He is on this list primarily because of his Devil Fruit, Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu.

That Devil Fruit granted him the ability to morph into a classic Japanese dragon, making it the coolest Zoan Devil Fruit around. This easily bored warmonger put up a valiant fight against Luffy and crew, eventually succumbing to defeat and falling into some magma.

2 Blue-Eyes White Dragon (Yu-Gi-Oh!)

Blue-Eyes White Dragon is near the top of the list of recognizable Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. Its many appearances as Seto Kaiba’s boss monster made it a fan favorite among many Yu-Gi-Oh! fans, especially because it was also good in the TCG for a while (especially in casual settings).

Its popularity has even resulted in the creation of an archetype around it, and it has received some support cards in recent years. In terms of its appearance in the anime, one can never forget the iconic moment when Kaiba summoned Blue-Eyes using Obelisk the Tormentor of all cards.

1 Charizard (Pokemon)

Before anyone claims it’s a Fire/Flying type, it’s important to note that one of its giant evolutions is Fire/Dragon, thus it technically qualifies for this list. Not to mention that anyone looking at it should presume it’s a dragon just by looking at it.
