Kaley Cuoco is really considering selling the modern mansion she recently paid $5.25 million for from Taylor Lautner now that she has the keys to a brand-new home. The Flight Attendant star decreased the price of her residence in the nearby LA suburb of Agoura Hills on the same day she closed the $6.4 million purchase of a contemporary ranch-style home in Thousand Oaks, according to Robb Report. The current asking price for the modern boxy building, which features a 45-foot-long infinity pool, is $5.75 million, down from the $7 million Cuoco listed it for in June.

Her new home was constructed early this year. The 7,000-square-foot home, located in a gated enclave on a two-acre property, has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The home’s focal point, a large great room, has an electric fireplace hidden under a charcoal gray floor-to-ceiling surround. When opened to the covered patio, the wide glass pocket doors on either side create an indoor-outdoor environment.
The fireplace-equipped sitting area has a wet bar on the left side, and the large eat-in kitchen on the right has all the standard high-end amenities, including a sizable stone island, lots of storage hidden behind ink-hued cabinetry, and a brassy pot-filler over a high-end Wolf range.

The main bedroom in the house has a spacious vaulted ceiling, a second fireplace, access to the outside, and an en suite bathroom with numerous vanities, a soaking tub, and a glass-walled shower. According to Robb Report, the Emmy-nominated actor also owns a few other properties in Southern California, including a residence in Studio City and a 40-acre horse ranch.
