Tom Pelphrey and the actress welcomed their 5-month-old baby in March. The daughter of Kaley Cuoco seems to enjoy breakfast a lot!

The 37-year-old actress posted a sweet image of her 5-month-old daughter Matilda smeared in food on her Instagram Story on Wednesday. Kaley Cuoco’s photo featured a sticker over it that read, “Good Morning,” signifying that the adorable child had just finished her morning meal.

In the picture, Matilda had a big smile on her face and was covered in food all over her pink feeding bib, which was decorated with vibrant unicorns. Due to the young girl’s position on the marble counter in the background of the photo, the untidy dinner appeared to have been consumed in the kitchen.

The Big Bang Theory star and her partner, Ozark actor Tom Pelphrey, have a daughter named Matilda. In May 2022, the pair announced their engagement. Their daughter was born at the end of March of this year.

Pelphrey, 41, initially shared his experiences as a first-time father with PEOPLE in May and called being a dad “amazing.”

It’s heaven, but it may be difficult at times, Pelphrey added. It’s the most lovely thing ever, says one.

With a baby in the house for just two days, he said, “I’m very grateful to have a partner who I love to do it with because I think of parents who are raising kids by themselves, and I don’t even understand how they do it. My admiration for single parents has skyrocketed.

Pelphrey also stated what he finds most shocking about being a father, saying, “It truly has surprised me that it feels instinctual. When she’s crying, there’s simply something about knowing how to hold her, burp her, and sometimes just sense what she wants.

“That surprised me because I’ve been around a lot of babies and I have lovely nieces with whom I felt quite at ease. However, the general sentiment was “Oh, don’t hand me that baby.” I’d prefer not to damage it. And Matilda hasn’t felt that way at all,” he added. That came as a pleasant surprise, so.

Pelphrey and Cuoco have regularly posted pictures, videos, and updates on their daughter on social media since Matilda was born.

The Flight Attendant actress shared a cute video of her young child wearing shoes for the first time last month.

In the video, Matilda could be seen sporting a frilly pink bodysuit while attentively glancing down at her satin pink shoes.

Cuoco captioned the adorable video, “Someone couldn’t believe she was wearing shoes for the first time lol.”
