Pelphrey and Cuoco have regularly posted pictures, videos, and updates on their daughter on social media since Matilda was born. The Flight Attendant actress shared a cute video of her young child wearing shoes for the first time last month.
In the video, Matilda could be seen sporting a frilly pink bodysuit while attentively glancing down at her satin pink shoes. Kaley Cuoco captioned the adorable video, “Someone couldn’t believe she was wearing shoes for the first time lol.”
“Some of you may know I have, like, major wrist, and hand injuries from holding the baby — it’s a very real thing, Google it — and I think the only way to make them better is for us to start working out without using my hands and without using any body weight on my hands,” she said to the camera.

Sorenson revealed that Cuoco had Carpal Tunnel syndrome in the post’s caption. The hand and wrist experience discomfort, numbness, tingling, and weakness as a result of the widespread ailment known as carpal tunnel syndrome. According to the Cleveland Clinic, it occurs when the median nerve, a nerve located in the wrist, experiences increased pressure.
Cuoco acknowledged that doing a workout without using her hands “sounds crazy,” but she does it now.
She informed the camera, “We’re going to show you, you can still get a workout, even if you are injured,” before the video cut to Cuoco performing exercises that didn’t require her hands.
In March, Cuoco and her actor boyfriend Tom Pelphrey welcomed their first child together. Only a few weeks after the birth of their baby, the couple celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary. Kaley Cuoco recently revealed that “Ozark” actor Pelphrey was unaware of her fame when they started dating.
“When I initially brought Kaley to New Jersey to meet my family and friends, my mom’s partner was there, and he kept calling her Penny. Apparently, he was a ‘Big Bang Theory’ fan. I had no idea what was happening, he admitted to W magazine.
So I went over to Kaley and said, ‘I’m sorry, I don’t understand what’s going on. Why is he calling you Penny all the time? “That’s my character in “The Big Bang Theory,” she says. I was totally uninformed. Since then, I’ve watched a few episodes with her, and it’s clear that she’s wonderful,” he continued.
