The story starts with Brenda Rey played by Camila Valero She’s a social media influencer with more than 10 million followers and a sad childhood as she was abandoned as a baby by four private school kids. She was raised in parts of the streets, so it really was a tough beginning to her life. After becoming a rich and successful influencer, she embarks on a journey to uncover the identities of the four individuals who left her behind at birth.

After years of relentless searching, Brenda finally unearths their names as the four potential mothers, we get the housewife, Fernanda Alarcón, played by Adriana Louvier, Marimar Vega portrays Martina Robles, a realtor, while Sofía Estrada is the author played by Litzy, and finally, Irene Bustamante as Kika Edgar as the congresswoman.

Why Did Adriano Try to Kill Brenda?

Adriano was the son of Ricardo and stepson of Irene Bustamante, a well-known politician. When his dad learned that someone was impersonating the girl his wife and her friend had abandoned 15 years ago, he urged Adriano to take action against this imposter, even considering drastic measures. However, something unexpected happened – Adriano fell in love with Brenda and couldn’t bring himself to harm her.

Adriano’s upbringing was marked by his father’s dark influence, leading him to exhibit traits akin to a psychopath. He once confided that when his own mother passed away, he was denied the chance to grieve properly. This tragic upbringing eventually led him down a path of multiple homicides.

When Brenda discovered Adriano’s true intentions – that his love was a ruse to protect his mother, and that he was responsible for Itzel’s demise, she withdrew from him, seeking comfort in the company of César. Adriano, unable to bear this, resorted to drastic measures, resorting to the abduction of both Brenda and César in a desperate bid to reclaim what he believed was rightfully his – Brenda’s love and his mother’s safety.

In the quest of searching and dealing with a lot of loss, Brenda and César pulled off a daring escape from the clutches of Adriano. They sought comfort in the familiar embrace of Brenda’s childhood, a time before wealth graced her life. Determined to stay off the grid, Brenda shunned any modern aids, opting instead for social media as her lifeline. There, she shared her heart-wrenching story, shedding light on Adriano’s unspeakable acts, and called upon the four potential mothers to stand with her in unveiling the truth of her parentage.

Irene took it upon herself to dig deep into Carmen Pérez’s past, the woman who had lovingly raised Brenda and been entrusted with the infant—a revelation that solidified Brenda’s claims of kinship. All four women gathered at the chosen spot, where Brenda revealed the poignant history of this place, where she once brought a stillborn child into the world at the tender age of 15, a child she loved with an intensity that words can hardly capture.

In a heart-rending moment, Irene gently recognised Brenda’s extraordinary strength during that trying time, knowing that not everyone could bear such a burden at such a young age. She took a moment to clarify the misunderstandings that Carmen Pérez and Ramona had unintentionally caused by not digging deeper into Brenda’s background, unaware that the child hadn’t survived.

Then, with a heavy heart, Irene revealed that she was Brenda’s mother. In a shocking turn, Adriano threatened Brenda, holding a knife to her neck and forcing Irene to make an agonising choice. With steely determination, Irene chose Brenda’s safety, swiftly firing a bullet at Adriano, ultimately saving her life. Which ultimately ends the hate that Brenda had for her mother.
