Based on Edgar Allan Poe’s writings, the Netflix series stars Carla Gugino, Bruce Greenwood, Mary McDonnell, Carl Lumbly, Samantha Sloyan, Rahul Kohli T’Nina Miller, Kate Siegel, Michael Trucco, Henry Thomas, Mark Hamill and others. The story is about a corrupt pharmaceutical company’s CEO whose children start dying in a baffling and cruel manner. The horror drama is all set to drop all 8 episodes on the streaming platform on October 12, 2023.

The story delves more into the horrors within than just getting spooked by external fears.

In Mike Flanagan’s 2022 horror show, The Midnight Club, a group of young and ill teenagers live in a hospice. Every midnight, some of them gather to tell imaginative, intriguing and creepy tales and make a pact to meet each other beyond death. The series sometimes fails to excel in the scary factor, but the performances and stories keep you hooked. Sadly, Netflix cancelled the season 2. The show stars Iman Benson, Igby Rigney, Ruth Codd, William Chris, Aya Furukawa, Matt Biedel and others.
