Behind Your Touch Episode 16 Preview: The new South Korean thriller rom-com Behind Your Touch (힙하게) directed by Kim Suk-Yoon and written by Lee Nam-Kyu, stars prominent actors like Han Ji-min, Lee Min-ki, EXO’s Suho, Joo Min-kyung, Yang Jae-seong, Park Sung-yeon and others. The series is produced by JTBC, Tving and Netflix.

The series follows the lives of a kind Veterinarian and a grumpy Detective. Bong Ye-boon (Han Ji-min) is a veterinarian who has psychic abilities. She can see the past of any person or animal when she touches their rear end. On the go, she meets Detective Moon Jang-yeol (Lee Min-ki) and gets intertwined in cases. Jang-yeol is demoted to the rural village Mujin due to being a terrific hothead back in Seoul. To return back to the city, he seeks Ye-boon and starts uncovering various cases. However, their fate changes when Kim Sun-woo (Suho) arrives at Mujin and works at a grocery store. Though he seems kind and polite, he has deadly mysteries behind him.

Han Ji-min was last seen in Our Blues (2022), Lee Min-ki’s previous hit was My Liberation Notes (2022), Suho’s last venture was Besties in Wonderland (2022) and Suho Hurdle (Since 2022).

Behind Your Touch Episode 16 Prediction

In the final episode, the search for Ok-hee will proceed. After hours, they will save Ok-hee but the Shaman will escape. Jang-yeol and Ye-boon will be on another pursuit to find him and lock him up before he takes more lives. Ye-boon will come face to face with the Shaman and face a big danger.

Jang-yeol will go to the extreme to protect Ye-boon from the Shaman. Somehow the Shaman will be arrested or killed. There are chances of Ae-ran killing the Shaman as she has lost Gwang-sik, the man who saved her from her miserable life. It will make the series end on a strong note as well.

Mujin will become safe and Jang-yeol will get back his job in Seoul. However, he might decline it and decide to stay in Mujin with Ye-boon. He will confess his feelings to her and she will reciprocate it. In memory of all the lives lost, the Mujin people will hold some sort of funeral and have a warm ending. Since details about Sun-woo’s mother are yet to be known, it will be provided in the finale too.

Behind Your Touch Episode 15 Recap

In the wake of discovering Sun-woo’s lifeless body, Ye-boon is confronted by the serial killer but narrowly escapes as the police arrive. Jang-yeol, upon seeing Sun-woo’s corpse, rushes to comfort Ye-boon but faces her anger for suspecting Sun-woo. This results in Ye-boon being taken in for questioning, and Jang-yeol’s attempts to protect her lead to his suspension.

Ye-boon denies any involvement and regrets her suspicions of Sun-woo. Jang-yeol is troubled by how the killer executes the blackout skill. Jang-mook later assists in lifting Jang-yeol’s suspension. Jang-yeol struggles to uncover clues from the forensic department. While returning to Mujin, Jang-yeol observes the car’s window tint and unravels the killer’s trick. He rushes to inform Ye-boon, but she’s preoccupied with buying shoes for the Shaman conducting Sun-woo’s funeral.

Ye-boon rebuffs Jang-yeol, struggling to focus on the serial killer after Sun-woo’s death. At the Shaman’s house, Ye-boon realizes the truth – the Shaman is the real killer, possessing the ability to see people’s memories by looking into their eyes. The Shaman confesses his motive behind the murders, and Ye-boon leaves in shock.

The next day, Ye-boon reopens her hospital while Jang-yeol seeks her help, which she declines. The Shaman visits to ensure Ye-boon’s silence, leaving without her revealing their conversation to Jang-yeol. Meanwhile, Jang-mook’s team stages a distraction, allowing Jang-yeol to sneak into the evidence room where he retrieves Sun-woo’s phone. Ye-boon discreetly passes a note to Jang-yeol, regarding Sun-woo’s phone password.

The police arrest the Shaman based on evidence from the phone’s recording. Later, Ye-boon and Jang-yeol scatter Sun-woo’s ashes at sea, attempting to move on from the haunting memories. However, their respite is short-lived as the Shaman hints at another death, leading to panic among the investigators. Dok-hee discovers Ok-hee is missing, and they learn that the Shaman has abducted her, demanding his release in exchange for her safety.
