Created by Eiichi Shimizu, Tomohiro Shimoguchi and Eiji Tsuburaya, this is an anime based on the original television series that came out in 1966 and was in live-action. The directors for these episodes are generally Jeff Nimoy, Shinji Aramaki and Kenji Kamiyama, who join the crew along with the writer Eiichi Shimizu, who also wrote the Manga.

Ultraman Season 3 Plot/Synopsis
This is the Ultraman’s final mission, and the world has been burning. The consequence of being the hero is that there are responsibilities to being this big. Now the Ultraman has become the harbinger of death and destruction. It is important for the world to come back to order. There is another harbinger of death coming. Mephisto is here, descending from their four-armed craft, in a tornado. But even though he is here to defeat Ultraman, the latter has inadvertently become the planet’s demise.
The enemy is not external, it exists within Shinjiro, and his father is ready to annihilate that. It is because Mephisto is trying to draw out Ultraman’s true evil and use it against him. The trailer makes it clear that there may be no adventures for the Ultraman after this. Knowing the way this series may end for the characters. We will perhaps see death and tragedy in a way that makes it harrowing to watch. However, there may be a light at the end of the tunnel, one that pulls him out of the evil haze and makes him the hero he was always supposed to be.
