Although appearing as a second lead, Si-won’s role as Kim Shin-hyuk definitely won many hearts. In this opposites attract drama, Choi Si-won plays the role of Park Jae-hoon, a plastic surgeon who has lost interest in both work and love. While his 20 years of best friend Goo Yeo-reum, played by Lee Da-hee is the complete opposite and looking for love. She is a TV producer and decides to cast him on a dating show as she couldn’t find anyone in time. But during their time together, the childhood friends discover different charms to each other and romantic feelings urge to complicate things.

The drama shows a mature love story and the struggle among people in their 30s trying to figure out their priorities between love and career.

Based on the Webtoon Drinker City Women by Mikkang, starring Lee Sun-bin, Han Sun-hwa, Jung Eun-ji, and Choi Si-won. The drama tells the story of three women who aspire to live happy and thrilling life. Siwon plays the role of Kang Book-goo, an entertainment producer who is working in the same department as writer Ahn So-hee (Lee Sun-bin). His camaraderie with the three leads is to watch for.

In this classic Kdrama, Choi Si-won stars as superstar Sung Min-woo, along with Chae Rim as Yoon Gae-hwa, Lee Hyun-woo as Yoo Shi-joon, Moon Jeong-hee as Han Jung-ah, Park Han-byul as Hong Yoo-ra and others. In this rom-com drama, Sung Min-woo is the nation’s heartthrob but he holds a secret that nobody knows.

While Gae-hwa wants to earn enough money to gain custody of her child and what could be better than to work for a superstar? However, soon Min-woo’s secret of having a child of his own gets revealed to Gae-hwa and she gets mired in their lives as the official caretaker of his daughter. What started as a need of the hour soon turns complicated when sparks fly and emotions get involved.

Si-won’s character as Min-woo is definitely one of the earliest roles that caught much attention. From showcasing his ripped body to his delicate acting skills, this drama made many people his fan.

Starring Choi Si-won, Lee Yoo-young and Kim Min-jung in the KBS drama, Si-won plays the role of Yang Jung-kook, a con man. He comes from a family of scammers and gets involved with a loan shark in order to earn a big sum of money for his marriage, only to get scammed by his ex-girlfriend who runs off with the marriage funds. Somehow, he ends up meeting his wife Kim Mi-young, who turns out to be a police officer.

In this comedy-drama. Si-won effortlessly plays the role of deceiving, where he is either trying to conceal his identity or appear a nice person to his wife. But things get more complicated when a person whom he had scammed, comes looking for him and strangely puts him in a position to run for a seat in the National Assembly. Through this role, Si-won makes us laugh for the most part but also gives the emotional range needed. Even though it falls in the grey area, you can’t really hate his character due to his shenanigans.
