April 10

Paper Moon

Paper Moon is an upcoming thriller drama, starring Kim Seo-hyung, Yoo Sun, Seo Young-hee, Lee Si-woo, Gong Jung-hwan, Lee Chun-hee, and Yoon Hee-seok. It is based on the popular novel of the same name by Mitsuyo Kakuta. Following the story of a housewife who gets employed in a bank for a better life. But life takes a turn when she starts embezzling VIP customer’s money. What is the reason behind it & why is she doing it, is what we will find out on 10th April at 10 PM KST on TVING and ENA channel.

April 12

Stealer: The Treasure Keeper

It is an action comedy Kdrama starring Joo Won, Lee Joo-woo, Jo Han-chul, Kim Jae-won, and Choi Hwa-jung. It follows a government official, Hwang Dae-myung, who is suspected of having links with a cultural property thief Skunk. To clear his name he joins an unofficial cultural asset recovery team named Karma to hunt down the thief and fight those who cannot be judged by the law.

It’s a tvN drama and will be released on TVING at 10:30 PM KST.

Bora! Deborah 

Starring Yoo In-na in the lead as a dating influencer and a star author who has a best-selling romance novel. Bora! Deborah is a romantic comedy which also stars Yoon Hyun-min, Joo Sang-wook, Hwang Chan-sung, and Park So-jin. It will follow the story of two opposite people who will rediscover the new meanings of love.

The Kdrama will stream on the ENA channel at 9 PM KST and will also be available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video in selected regions.

April 14

Queenmaker

Queenmaker is an upcoming political drama starring Kim Hee-ae, Moon So-ri, and Ryu Soo-young. The story will follow Hwang Do-hee (Kim Hee-ae) who used to work in the strategy department of a conglomerate, but after her dismissal she decides to make Oh Seung-sook (Moon So-ri) the next mayor of Seoul & also get back to her former employer. It will be released on Netflix.

April 15

Doctor Cha Jung Sook

This medical drama stars Uhm Jung-hwa in the lead role, along with Kim Byung-chul, Myung Se-bin, and Min Woo-hyuk. Jung-hwa takes up the role of a housewife who decides to pursue her medical dreams and becomes the first-year resident at a hospital, which leads to some chaotic and hilarious situations. It will be released on JTBC at 10:30 PM KST.

April 17

Family: The Unbreakable Bond

It’s an upcoming spy comedy drama starring Jang Hyuk, Jang Na-ra, Chae Jung-an, and Kim Nam-hee. The drama will follow Kwon Do-hoon, a secret agent who leads a double life of a regular office worker & has a family with Kang Yoo-ra, who is unaware of it all. It will be released on tvN at 08:50 PM KST and will also be available on Disney+ in selected regions.

The Fate of Heaven

It’s an upcoming family drama starring Jeon Hye-yeon, Seo Han-gyeol, Jung Woo-yeon, Lee Si-kang, Ko Eun-mi, Lee Teo and others. It will follow the story of two women who grow up with completely different fates. It will be released on MBC at 07:07 PM KST.

April 21

Dr Romantic 3 

The medical romance drama is back with another season & Han Suk-kyu in the lead as Kim Sa-bu. The show will also star Ahn Hyo-seop, Lee Sung-kyung, Kim Joo-heon and others. It will be released on SBS and will take the place of Taxi Driver 2 at 10:00 PM KST.

April 24

Queen of the Mask

It’s a mystery revenge thriller starring Kim Sun-a, Oh Yoon-ah, Shin Eun-jung, and Yoo Sun. It will follow the story of 4 friends who accused one member of a murder, she didn’t commit & after 10 years, she has returned to unveil the whole truth. It will be released on Channel A at 10:30 PM KST.

April 26

The Good Bad Mother

The Good Bad Mother is an upcoming JTBC drama directed by Shim Na-yeon and the screenplay is written by Bae Se-youn. It stars Ra Mi-ran and Lee Do-hyun as an indifferent mother and son duo. Along with Ahn Eun-jin, Yoo In-soo, Jung Woong-in, Choi Moo-sung, Kim Won-hae and others.

It follows the story of a single mother Jin Young-soon & her struggles to bring up her son Choi Kang-ho, whom she wants to succeed no matter what. Young-soon runs a pig farm in the Jowoori village. Not wanting her son to grow up poor or without any significant position in society, Young-soon was always strict with her son & took on the role of a ‘bad mother’, as long as he did well in life. Thanks to her discipline, Kang-ho grows up to be a prominent prosecutor, but grows indifferent and apart from his mother.

But life takes a turn for both of them when he meets with an accident and loses his memories. All he can remember is being a 7-year-old and behaving like that only. He is forced to move back again to his village and under the care of his mother, who might have to take up the role of being a strict bad mother, to bring him back to his feet. The Kdrama will be released on JTBC at 10:30 PM KST and will also be available for streaming on Netflix.
