Tonight You’re Sleeping With Me

Kicking off the month with a Polish emotional film, here we have a story of a passionless marriage that raises two options for a journalist – one that leads back to loving husband, who’s but emotionally far-apart, or an ex-lover much younger in age who’s walked back into her life.

MARCH 3

Love at First Kiss

Love triangles are messy, especially when they rope in your best friend too. In this quirky Netflix romantic comedy, the main character can look into the future and figure out who he belongs with, but such powers may not always reel in good news.

Creed 3

Almost as if set in an alternate universe where Kang the Conqueror and Killmonger are at loggerheads with each other in classic Rocky style, Creed 3 stars Michael B. Jordan, Tessa Thompson and Jonathan Majors in the lead. Jordan has also stepped in as the director of the third instalment of the action-packed boxing showdown wherein Adonis Creed’s legacy is endangered by his childhood buddy, Damian, who is also a former boxing buddy and is back after his time in prison to prove his worth to the world and win the title. While Damian is starting anew and has nothing to lose, the stakes are quite high for Adonis.

What’s Love Got to Do With It (Indian Release)

Kazim is all set to get engaged in an arranged marriage, and needs to take the trip from London to Lahore. His neighbour, Zoe, a documentary maker and a dating app enthusiast, films it all, while questioning the true meaning of love herself in the process. The movies stars Lily James, Shazad Latif, Emma Thompson and other and has been directed by Shekhar Kapur. Although it released in the UK cinemas in February 2023, its Indian cinematic release is slated for the upcoming month.

InCar

With National Award-winning actress Ritika Singh taking the lead in Harsh Warrdhan’s Hindi language film based on true events, the movie will be focussing on the haunting reality faced by women in India. The intense kidnapping story will represent the traumatic repercussions a woman has to face when faced by a life-and-death scenario.

Chris Rock: Selective Outrage

The one-hour stand-up comedy special will make history at 8:30 AM IST, when Chris Rock will perform the first-ever Netflix global live-streamed event.

Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar

The upcoming Hindi rom-com brings back Luv Ranjan with the director’s lens with Shraddha Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor taking the lead in this dysfunctional love story, wherein both main characters are out to make the other one fall out of love.

MARCH 10

Luther: The Fallen Sun

Following the success of the TV series of the same name, here comes the film adaptation with Idris Elba as the infamous detective John Luther sitting behind bars. With a serial killer out on the loose, Luther is haunted by his past of failures, which pushes him to break out of the cell holding him so that he can finish what he started. Other actors appearing in the film include Cynthia Erivo, Andy Serkis and Dermot Crowley.

Survivalist sagas never go out of style. From the writer of A Quiet Place, 65 stars Adam Driver as pilot Mills, who after crashing on a planet realises that he’s actually on Earth, but 65 millions year ago. Alongside him, there’s one more survivor and they must stick together and fight against the familiar yet unknown terrain dotted by gigantic prehistoric creatures. The sci-fi thriller has been produced by Sam Raimi and also stars Ariana Greenblatt.

Tar (Indian Release)

Following its glorious parade during the awards season, Todd Field’s TAR, starring Cate Blanchett is ready to premiere in Indian theatres. Blanchett takes on the role of Lydia Tar, a famous musician, who has to face off against countless crossfires before actually putting out the symphony that will take her to newer heights. The orchestra conductor’s adopted daughter Petra becomes her only support through all the turmoil.

Scream 6

The remaining survivors of the Ghostface massacres unite upon living the dark town of Woodsboro behind, only for them to get caught up in another rampage led by a new killer. The sixth instalment of the slasher thriller flick stars old-famed stars of the series like Jenna Ortega, Melissa Barrera, Hayden Panettiere, Courteney Cox, Mason Gooding, Jasmin Savoy Brown, alongside others.

Bert Kreischer: Razzle Dazzle

Sporting his usual ‘shameless and shirtless’ avatar, Bert Kreischer is back for his new Netflix comedy special to speak about being bullied by his kids, and other raunchy discussions.

Money Shot: The Pornhub Story

In this investigative documentary featuring interviews from people in and around the platform Pornhub, scandals and what not will come to light.

Still Time/ Era Ora

Forget everything that you know about time and allow yourself take leaps through time in this Italian romantic comedy that centres around a workaholic who now rather wants to take it slow upon discovering that he can jump forward to a year ahead of him, following a set interval of time.

MARCH 17

Shazam 2 or Shazam! Fury of the Gods

Billy Batson is ready to chant the magical word Shazam and zap into his adult-form superhero self in this sequel based on the DC Comics. This time we will see more of him teaming up with his fellow foster kids squad, all of whom possess the same transformative abilities as him. They’ll be charging up against ancient gods who’re back on Earth to retrieve the magic stolen from them. Asher Angel-Zachary Levi are back as the titular superhero in red. They’ll be accompanied by Jack Dylan Grazer, Adam Brody, Ross Butler, Meagan Good, Grace Caroline Currey and others.

Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway

Rani Mukherji will seen taking charge in the movie as the eponymous character, an immigrant Indian mother against the Norwegian foster care system as she fights to win back the custody of her children.

The Magician’s Elephant

Inspired by the Two-time Newbery Award winning author Kate DiCamillo’s novel of the same name, The Magician’s Elephant is Netflix’s forthcoming animated saga circling Peter’s search for his lost sister. On this journey, he comes across a fortune teller who guides him to find a mysterious elephant and a magician, i.e. its conjurer. The impossible tasks at hand will not only shape his destiny, but also turn things aroun for his town.

We Lost Our Human

Starring Ayo Edebiri, Matty Cardarople, Jon Glaser, Ben Schwartz and others, We Lost Our Human is an interactive TV comedy presented from he perspective of a cat named Pud and a dog named Ham. A sudden shift one day, leaves them stranded as they discover that all humans have disappeared from Earth.

John Wick: Chapter 4

Keanu Reeves can’t seem to rest when it comes to action hits like these. This time, he takes the fight to the Hight Table global while racing in the lookouts for the world’s most lethal underworld players. Other talents to be seen alongside Reeves are Donnie Yen, Bill Skarsgård, Laurence Fishburne, Hiroyuki Sanada, Shamier Anderson, Lance Reddick, Rina Sawayama, Scott Adkins, and Ian McShane.

Bholaa

Ajay Devgn will once agin be teaming up with Tabu for the Hindi action thriller releasing at the end of next month. Following a span of 10 years of imprisonment, Bhola is finally returning home to his daughter. However, he’s yet again arrested on this journey. With a crazy and murky path ahead of him, dangers hide in unprecedented corners, waiting to get the better of him. Devgn is not only starring as the lead actor in this film, rather he’s directed and produced it.

MARCH 31

Kill Boksoon

As a renowned assassin, killing people comes easy to her, but the same can’t be said for being a single mom to a teenage daughter. Starring Jeon Do-yeon as the titular protagonist, the violent Korean action film has been directed by Byun Sung-hyun.

Aazam

Finishing off the month of March, this Hindi crime thriller stars Jimmy Sheirgill, Abhimanyu Singh and Indranil Sengupta. With the Mumbai underworld at its focus, the movie picks up intriguing questions around the succession of mafia don Nawab Khan, who’s battling his life with blood cancer.
