On Monday, the official promo for the Netflix thriller Delhi Crime Season 2 was made available. In the promo, you can see, that Shefali Shah reprises her role as DCP Vartika Chaturvedi, and her Delhi Police team are pursuing a group that is responsible for a string of horrible killings.
Season 2 of this series starts with Madam Sir leading yet another vital inquiry to protect the capital’s older residents from a gang of assassins. Even as they battle a personnel shortage and an uptick in Crime.
Delhi Crime Season 2 cast for this season includes Shefali Shah, Rasika Dugal, Rajesh Tailang, and Adil Hussain. It was written by Mayank Tewari, Shubhra Swarup, Vidit Tripathi, and Sanyuktha Chawla, and it was produced by Florence Sloan, Aaron Kaplan, Jeff Sagansky, Kilian Kerwin, Mike Hogan, Pooja Kohli, and Apoorva Bakshi.
The promo shows the lead officer in a dilemma of handing a state with 2 sides stating Do Delhi, Ek Police.

The trailer that launched weeks ago showed us that the murders continue even when the authorities track the killers’ trail and apprehend several of them. The video concludes with DCP Vartika pointing a gun at someone while the police race around the nation’s capital.
We can already tell that it is likely to remain methodical by simply watching the promo. It’s gritty, honest, and raw. It’s not dramatic, and it’s not meant to sensationalize a situation or an event. Everything that happens is a result of the character’s reactions to events around them since they are so strong and well-established.
In Delhi Crime the 2012 Delhi gang rape case served as the inspiration for Season 1. Years of study went into the production, which had its Sundance debut before being acquired by Netflix. A fictionalized rendition of true crime is presented in the second season of the series.
