Jug Jugg Jeeyo is the highly awaited family drama film set to be released in June. The film is directed by Raj Mehta and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta. It is a joint project by Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studios. The screenplay is written by Anurag Singh, Sumit Bhateja and the dialogues by Rishhabh Sharrma.
The film has already released two of its songs called Rangisari and the Punjaabban song which have already accumulated 40-50 million views. The audience is excited to see the drama film with hints of comedy and especially for the cast which includes many Bollywood A-listers and internet sensation Prajakta Koli as well.

The cast of the film features Varun Dhawan as Kukoo Saini, Kiara Advani as Nainaa Sharma Saini, Anil Kapoor as Bheem Saini, Neetu Kapoor as Geeta Saini, Manish Paul as Gurpreet Sharma, Prajakta Koli as Ginny Saini, Tisca Chopra as Meera, Varun Sood and Elnaaz Norouzi has a special appearance in a song called Duppata.

Jug Jugg Jeeyo Plot/Synopsis
The description of the film reads as – A story set in the heart of Patiala and much like the city, it’s full of love and laughter, colour and drama. This story is all about family and its values, unresolved yearnings and unexpected reconciliations. In the trailer, we see Kukoo and Nainaa are a couple but after years of marriage, they want to divorce each other.
When they reach their parent’s house for a wedding, they learn that the father, played by Anil Kapoor, also wants to get a divorce as he is in love with someone else. What will happen when everyone’s truth is revealed and what chaos will ensue in the Saini family? On one side they are getting together to celebrate a union of two people on the other side they are going through the personal turmoil of separation.
