The exclusive was revealed on The Breakfast Club by DJ Nyla Symone. She recounted her experience of being in the studio with the artist, where he previewed his Album and shared the unreleased song featuring Fireboy Dml. She enthusiastically described the forthcoming album as exceptional, heightening anticipation for the collaboration.

The collaborative track, as teased by DJ Nyla Symone, is titled “You”, and set to feature in the American-Haitian sensation’s debut self-titled album, slated for August 25th. Possible synergy between the duo should however not come as a surprise, considering Fridayy’s prior collaboration with Fireboy DML’s label mate, Asake, on the remix of “Blessings”.

Born Francis Leblanc, Fridayy is an American-Haitian artist hailing from Philadelphia. His musical journey commenced at the age of 6, nurtured by his interaction with instruments and the influence of his father’s church, which molded him into a well-rounded artist.

He gained recognition through collaborations with Lil Baby on “Forever” and DJ Khaled’s “God Did”, earning three Grammy nominations for his contributions to DJ Khaled’s works.
