Barack Obama Shares 2022 Summer Playlist: Burna Boy, Tems, Pheelz, BNXN, and More

The former president of the United States of America, Barack Obama, has dropped his famous annual summer playlist.

Barack Obama’s 2022 Summer Playlist features Nigeria’s Burna Boy, Tems, Pheelz and BNXN. The first African American president of USA posted the playlist on his official social media page yesterday, July 26, 2022, with the caption:

“Every year, I get excited to share my summer playlist because I learn about so many new artists from your replies—it’s an example of how music really can bring us all together. Here’s what I’ve been listening to this summer. What songs would you add?”

The playlist featured ‘Last Last’ by Burna Boy, ‘Vibe Out’ by Tems, ‘Finesse’ by Pheelz ft BNXN, and a host of other great songs.

This is not the first time we have witnessed the genre, Afrobeats on Barack Obama’s summer playlist, his 2019 playlist featured Rema’s ‘Iron Man‘ and Burna Boy’s ‘Anybody’.

This shows the love and support Barack has for Afrobeats. Music fans and enthusiasts will certainly expect to see the genre feature again on Barack Obama’s summer playlist.
