The presidential candidate of the People Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, has recorded 35 grounds of appeal recently the supreme Court on Tuesday.

Atiku is looking for to invalidate the triumph of President Bola Tinubu at the 2023 presidential surveys.

The previous vice-president, through his group of attorneys driven by Chief Chris Uche, SAN, is asking the Summit court to set aside the judgment the Court of Request conveyed on September 6, which asserted Tinubu of the administering All Progressives Congress, APC, as the substantial victor of the presidential decision that held on February 25.
