In the last 24 hours, the government was informed of the fact that 3,631 more people in Odisha tested positive for COVID-19 in the state.
The state death toll associated with Coronavirus affected 522 even as eight more patients succumbed, H&FW said.
Khordha reported 722 cases with Cuttack (370) and Mayurbhanj (365) being the highest.

- A 72-year old male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Diabetes & Hypertension.
- A 66-year old female of Cuttack district who was also suffering from Diabetes.
- A 67-year old male of Cuttack district who was also suffering from Diabetes, Bronchial Asthma.
- A 78-year old female of Ganjam district who was also suffering from Diabetes.
- A 56-year old male of Ganjam district who was also suffering from Diabetes.
- A 45-year old male of Ganjam district.
