1. Chioma vs Davido.
Back in April 2018, news broke out about Davido’s entanglement with a Babcock student which happened to be Chioma.
A month later Davido dropped a music video “Assurance” which he dedicated to his new baby mama Chioma. The video features also feature Chioma, who Davido got a Porsche for as her 23rd birthday gift.
It created huge media Buzz in the Music Industry and Africa at large, which sealed Chioma & Davido’s name in the lips and hearts of many of his lovers & haters forever lol. I must say it’s wasn’t clout, it was genuine until Davido complained about the aftermath of assurance on their relationship.
2. Mya Yafai vs Davido.
Just when the media buzz was slowing down, pictures of Davido clubbing, kissing, and walking hand 2 hand with Mya Yafai breaks the internet. For a moment, many couldn’t believe it as some claimed it was fake, doctored, assurance is still intact, and blah blah. However more pictures and video surfaces which confirms Davido alleged fling with Young M.A ex-girlfriend Mya Yafai. The whole internet reacted outrageously about the fact that “Chioma assurance was still intact” but it’s still unknown to us maybe it was all scripted to keep Davido’s in the limelight which is working perfectly. 3. Cynthia Morgan vs Davido.
Cynthia Morgan who had record label issues took to Twitter to share her ordeal about her failed music career, mental health, and financial problems. Without further ado, Davido reached out to help Madrina revive her music career with a track that he promised to record instantly. But things never went well as Cynthia morgan claimed Davido ignored her calls after asking her to reach out, However, those accusations didn’t go well with Davido and her claims were later refuted by Asa Asika. That was how we never heard about their collaboration to date.! I believe something happened in between that we don’t know
4. Davido’s Private Jet Saga.
According too Tooxclusive 3yrs ago, the news that Davido bought a private jet was trending on social media platforms and the singer enjoyed the raved but it has been revealed now that Davido lied. According to The Capital, the pop star didn’t buy a private jet.
The news outlet, The Capital reports that ‘what Davido went on air to announce is actually “fractional ownership” in which his financial commitment in the arrangement is meager while the major financiers have chosen to play down their involvement to give Davido conceded prominence.’
The report further stated that the arrangement of conceding prominence to Davido in the private jet ownership was made to make the singer appear very bankable in the showbiz industry. The deal was structured ‘to present Davido as a viable brand to corner lucrative deals from multinational businesses, countries and other foreign entities.’
Which he later congratulated his Dad via his Twitter account for the New Jets.
5. Philanthropy Activities.
When it comes to philanthropist activities among celebrities, Davido is widely known for his kind heart, a lover and giver of gifts, and millions to people. Davido has wasted no time in giving out to the Needy, Fans, Well-wishers, and even some haters lol. One would assume Davido is eyeing for a political post because generosity without caution even when it never election time for him or soliciting for votes unlike our politicians lol. His generosity has also drawn more attention & love to him.
